We are excited to offer you a 30-day Return & Refund Policy designed with your convenience in mind.

Please note, however, that we cannot process refunds or replacements for purchases made beyond the 30-day period.

Eligibility for Refund or Return

You may qualify for a refund or return if the following conditions are met:

  • You receive an incorrect product.
  • The product exhibits defects as detailed in point number 8 for resolution.
  • The product is damaged during transit (you may request a free exchange or a refund by contacting us).
  • There is evidence of tampering with the product.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns for reasons related to a change of mind.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be imposed on all return transactions.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping expenses to our facility.
  • In case of a customer-initiated order cancellation or refund request for any reason, a 5% transaction fee will be deducted.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and examine your return, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly, and the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method within the specified timeframe.

Exchange Policy

We offer replacements exclusively for items that are defective or damaged. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for an exchange. Please wait for our response before proceeding.

Late or Missing Refunds
